Alert: be cautious of Bark.coM

I had a very disappointing experience using Bark.com.

All of the leads I received so far were poor quality, and several of the contact details provided did not even exist or were unreachable. Despite paying extremely high prices for leads, the majority were either unresponsive, not genuinely interested, or impossible to contact.

Another major issue is how the leads are advertised on the platform. The headline of the lead often shows services that match what your business offers, but when you read further into the client’s comments or requirements, they are actually requesting completely different services. This means you cannot even properly respond to or service those leads. Most of the leads I received were like this, which I found very misleading and deceptive.

The platform is extremely expensive for the level of quality delivered, and the overall return on investment was very poor.

I also found customer support unhelpful when I raised concerns about lead quality and invalid contact information. Refund requests were repeatedly refused, even after I explained what the law states and shared links to the relevant legislation. Despite this, I received multiple push backs and refusals instead of meaningful assistance or resolution.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise businesses and freelancers to be cautious before spending money on Bark leads.
