COMPLAINT ABOUT POOR SERVICE OF LEADS AND BARK ****MING
Bark.com are ******, ****s. They post leads which mostly are useless, amounts to nothing, or **** numbers, success rate to find quality leads is 1 in 10 chances, when you contact them for refunds is exactly where they show you their true colours, by stating a lot of "OUR POLICY STATS THAT....." , yet they take our moneys without even a think about Policies. Lately they dont want with my 28 credits, which costs half of R800, for a Solar Panels Lead which they said is in KZN yet we contacted lead to confirm he is in Secunda Mpumalanga. We sent chat of confirmation to Bark.com yet they said they are failing to get hold of "their lead they generated to give us" , hence will not refund, i did threatened them saying i will close the account rather than continuing facing their thieving, ONLY FOR THEM TO BLOCK ME FROM THEIR SYSTEM. These are the worst ****mers i have faced since, i dont recommend anyone who wants value of their money to invest in their useless leads.

02 Mar 2026, 10:00This pending matter with Bark.com has been resolved, although we are still unhappy with their Ts and Cs, its something we have always been able to live with, so we can say we are good for now, Thank you.
