PATHETIC SERVICE.

I purchased a new pair of shoes and took it to Barksole, Tygervalley on the 24 April 2024. It was only to have the straps shortened at their factory. I have been into the store and have made contact with the factory and yet to have any news on when my shoes will be ready. It is nearly 1 month later!!! What a pathetic business, no wonder they change their name to Cobble & Co... PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHOES TO THEM!!
