UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - NMI KUILSRIVER

What a nightmare to deal with this branch, went there for a service on the 22 September 2025, after collecting my car, got stuck my car would not start , mind you with baby inside a car, still far from getting home, I reaches out to the Yvette the service lady that assisted me earlier, she didn't find no urgency to my issue, I had to call back few times just to get an update of how far is the help, to my surprise she is busy arranging towtruck and not consider me and my child on how are we getting home.

Eventually a technician came, he told me something about petrol blockage due to incorrect assembling of the Part

My own petrol was all over the road,

Upon calling them this morning I was more upset with the response from the manager Grant who would not take any accountability of the fault never mind the risk I was in with my baby on the road. My car is has a fuel smell ,I had no choice but to use it this morning with my baby inhaling this smell. Most of my fuel is gone

No phone call nothing from the management

They will never get any business from me ever again
