I dropped off the bakkie, after booking it 3 days in advance I arrived at Isuzu service center no one payed me any attention, security personal just instructed me to leave the key inside, I didnt do a pre inspection like most of the isuzu dealerships I've visited, I asked for a lift to get to work and was dismissed by a representative of isuzu NMI leaving me stranded with no Uber option, the transport driver complained that it's only time for customer pick ups not drop offs this was at 14:00 when they close at 17:00, in short I'm not considering personally owning this bakkie any more imagine getting this treatment when you parting with 10K plus per month and they can't be bothered to assist you to the nearest taxi rank at best

My partner recently bought a Toyota Vitz @ Toyota Centurion and great service whilst buying the car, but the after sales service is not acceptable. The Bluetooth mic is not working properly, and people struggle to hear him when dialing over the system in the car. Horrible Service NMI Kuils River. My car has been back and forth 3 times in 3 weeks due to useless service. My car a 2021 RAV4 is sluggish and feels like it is cutting off. I left my vehicle for its annual service and also added the complaint about the cutting off. The service was done in the morning and the car stood the whole day with nothing else done on it. I had to take my car back a week later at 15h00 the guys calls and says he needs to keep my vehicle overnight. I refused as I need my car the next day. The car was booked for an overnight today. I made a minimum of 12 calls and each time the call was either cut-off without being answered or it cut-off after being transferred. When I got hold of Reinhard at about 14h00, he promised he would speak to the technician and get back to me. It is now 16h59 and I haven’t heard from him. I finally managed to speak to the booking clerk who couldn’t help because she is not a mechanic. When she tried to get the technician to speak to me, he refused. I have purchased and serviced four vehicles from the Akoo brothers at NMI DSM, I never had this kind of nonsense from them or their staff. The service manager and the dealer principle are totally unhelpful. Nobody has an answer of what is wrong with my vehicle and when it will be repaired.

Eventually a technician came, he told me something about petrol blockage due to incorrect assembling of the Part My own petrol was all over the road, Upon calling them this morning I was more upset with the response from the manager Grant who would not take any accountability of the fault never mind the risk I was in with my baby on the road. My car is has a fuel smell ,I had no choice but to use it this morning with my baby inhaling this smell. Most of my fuel is gone No phone call nothing from the management They will never get any business from me ever again

Never go to NMI Toyota in Kuilsriver. My daughter drove 2 hours to view a vehicle that Blessing told her was available. Upon arriving there she was then told sorry the vehicle was already sold on auction. Upon calling the dealer principal I’m told sorry but the guy is new in the industry. After more than 3 hours later the same vehicle is still on the website. What a joke. Customer service sells cars. Not advertising. So step up the game or get out the arena.

Never go to NMI Toyota in Kuilsriver. My daughter drove 2 hours to view a vehicle that Blessing told her was available. MNI Ford N1 CITY I purchased parts from the Parts Department and was assured at the time of ordering that the items were available at the Silverton factory. I was told it would take no more than 5 working days. After numerous calls and follow-ups, 4 weeks later I contacted the Parts Manager to ask why it was taking so long. Without hesitation, the delay was blamed on imports taking longer than expected. I was then assured that he would call me back once he had spoken to the sales representative. Two weeks later, I was still waiting for his call. Once again, I had to phone to find out what was happening. As usual, no one in the Parts Department was available, and the receptionist promised someone would return my call — which never happened. Only later that afternoon did I receive a WhatsApp message informing me that the parts were finally ready for collection. This level of service is unacceptable. I would like to know what steps your department will take to address this lack of communication and ensure that customers do not have to go through the same experience in the future.

Don't ever trust Ford dealerships. They will lie to you with their eyes wide open. My car was serviced by this dealership last year which included wheel alignment and balancing etc. when I got my car back I could feel play on the wheels and a noise on one of the tyres. So they told me I need new tyres. I've changed the tyres and I still have the same problem. Upon checking my wheel nuts to see that they are tight, all 20 of them were tight but not gripping the wheels. Also, my wheel spanner that I usually use on them doesn't fit anymore as these nuts are a half size bigger. I took it back to ford and without even checking my car the workshop supervisor told me this is a common problem with my car and that my wheel nuts are worn. Firstly, how does 20 wheel nuts get worn at the same time? Why didn't they mention this when they done my wheel alignment? Why not even bother to check my wheel nuts when they let me drive almost 20km in peak hour traffic just to tell me the nuts are worn and give me a quote of R2300 to replace them of which their factory doesn't even have stock? I will never take my car here again or to any other Ford dealerships. Everytime it goes in for a service something else is broken. It's true what I've been told, dealerships are just there to rip their clients off and Ford is the biggest **** there is.

When my vehicle was FINALLY repaired after MANY calls from my side asking for updates, they told me to pay the FULL original amount. When I asked to pay over two instalments or just not all at once they completely refused. I was SO upset as they were holding my vehicle and refusing to give my car back. I asked them to call Craig Van Der Heever (manager) down to assist. When he came down, he all but laughed in my face and said “well, if you don’t want to pay the full amount, we can always remove the new parts and put the old damaged parts back on” he said this with a smile on his face. I was absolutely disgusted that this is how they treat their clients. There were also two staff members (Gert and Sharon) who witnessed this. I had no choice but to borrow money and to pay the FULL R7000.00 to get my car back. I will say, the only person in the company who treated me like a valued client was my service advisor Sharon
