Promises, promises and no delivery.

I am so sorry I did not read these reviews before ordering my doors. I paid my deposit on 5 July with promises ever since of installation. Almost 2 months later and still no doors. You just can't get hold of these people. If you phone them on the advertised number, the phone is just switched off. The messages on WhatsApp just don't get answered. Messages on Messenger are not answered even though you can see they are active on Messenger. If you are lucky to get hold of them, they just give you false hope. My first installation was supposed to happen during the week of 17 July. My husband went to the premises last week just to find out that they are not even finish with my doors and was then promised that the doors will be installed on Saturday, 26 August. Yes, you know what I am going to say next ..... again, a no show or any communication. Please spare yourself a lot of frustration and rather get someone else to do the work for you. I truly like to support small businesses, but this will be my last time.
