Service? What service?

My chief gripe with this company is the total and complete lack of customer care and communication. There is one method of contact which is a cellphone/WhatsApp number. This is totally ignored by the owners. Appointments are completely ignored, messages unread, calls unanswered (Facebook messages are automatically answered giving the WhatsApp cell number. I was so frustrated and eventually, when my door was installed and not completed, I found it impossible to contact them again. Oh, and just a suggestion, the owners need to get a decent bakkie. It was used as an excuse for every problem. I will NEVER use them again and have ended up completing the installation myself.
