The worse experience ever, R5,700 gone and no door.

Stay far far away!! I’ve orders my door from Karen at Barn Doors 4 Africa back in February 2023 it is August now and I am still waiting for it. I have fully paid for the door plus delivery and installation which totaled R5,700 and to date my door has not been delivered. Right now Karen is not even responding to my messages. I went to her place in Brackenfell to meet her and see what the issue was and was told that her truck had issues but that she got the truck fixed and will be delivering the door the next day, we arranged a time to meet at my place for her to install but she never showed up and has stopped taking my calls. I’ve asked for a refund as I no longer want the door. I have left multiple messages on her phone and she has basically ghosted me. I have screenshot of the WhatsApp messages that I wish I could attached here, but I don’t see an option to do so here. Because I wanted to show how bad of a company this is. You have been warned, proceed at your own risk.
