BAROKA IS A ****

I have had a policy with them since 2024 August paying my premiums on time All of a sudden 10% increase and certain benefits removed I'm being told system removed them I was not informed about this Now they are telling me if I want those benefits to be added I need to wait 6 months or pay the benefits from 2025 Baroka is a **** they take your money I need answers as all of this information that was send to me via WhatsApp is new to me As per my payment benefits are still being paid for but the consultant is telling me different STORY'S I NEED ANSWERS
