BAROKA IS A ****
I have had a policy with them since 2024 August paying my premiums on time All of a sudden 10% increase and certain benefits removed I'm being told system removed them I was not informed about this Now they are telling me if I want those benefits to be added I need to wait 6 months or pay the benefits from 2025 Baroka is a **** they take your money I need answers as all of this information that was send to me via WhatsApp is new to me As per my payment benefits are still being paid for but the consultant is telling me different STORY'S I NEED ANSWERS

Bad service from multichoice
I want my refund I was made to pay connection fee because the money reflected at its own time ,I have emailed proof of payment from the bank app wich shows date but they are refusing to refund me This month again I was charged R175.30 for what I don't know this means my dstv has increased to that amount i wrote an email asking Thabo asked me to send proof of payment again

Bad service nxa
Wrote a complained about a claim that i did on my loan insurance standard bank had the nerve to reply on hellopeter but never got back to me , i took my last airtime to call the as usual no body knows why my claim was not done was told they will escalate till today nothing no feedback .to start the story again made a claim last year december for the insurance that i have on my loan to assist me as i was retrenched due to covid everything was submitted but nothing has been done till today im mote than ****ed as this is a ****ed up service from standard bank i hate it

I hate standard bank
I have a loan with standard bank and it has insurance now that i was retrenched due to covid i applied for the insurance last year december didnt get feed back up until i call them and everytime i call them they tell me they will call me before end of the day till today no feed back im fedup cause they are deducting and my account is on a minus because of them standard bank is a bad bad bank i hate it nxa

I regret the day i made business with them they dont care about their clients
I had an arrangement with mfc as i was not working wich i was adhering to up untill this month were they did not deduct the money now im getting an sms talking about sheriff's why the hell would they do that as they are the one who did not take the money i hate mfc n regret the day i made business with them they dont care about their clients they make me sick

CAN I GET TOLD WHY WAS MY CAR AUCTIONED WHERE I WAS TOLD THEY WERE GONER KEEP IT UNTIL I GIVE THEM THEIR 10THOUSAND RAND ,WAS I NOT SUPPOSE TO BE TOLD /CALL ABOUT THE AUCTION NOT SMSED THIS IS POOOR POOOOR SERVICE I NEED CLARITY ON WHAT HAPPENED CAUSE WHEN U CALL YOU HOLD FOR EVER THIS IS FUSTRATING
