First experience going to a well named brand and not really much fun. Front desk was helpful. Firstly I didn't know the procedure regarding the service of vehicle's, so I had to park and then go in to find out I needed to stand in a que, After about 15mins of waiting a friendly gentlemen with a smile, Tuxedo, came to assist me with booking my car in. Of which the only smile I actually saw. I did ask whether the vehicle will be washed, as I'm accustomed to the matter at other establishments.
Afterwards, car was booked in all and well. Got follow up calls of the state of my vehicle, which I appreciated. However, when it came upon collecting the vehicle, It appears that the service agent was more concerned about rating of service and how well they did the job. Which I would rather have made anonyms, instead of behind questioned right on the spot for why the low rating.
Were i haven't even seen or driven the vehicle as of yet. Upon seeing the vehicle, I saw that the car didn't appear to be washed as promised, and water marks are all on the windows which felt like the car was just watered down.
