Request for a refund

Good morning.

I need some help . I have a complaint with BASA Combined School.

My son was expelled from school in the 4th term 2025. January, I received a school fees statement that I must pay R10 000, and my son had a class allocated.

I paid R7 440 cash + R2560, which was paid in October, and the child was not in class. The 2 totals add up R10 000 ,which the school is refusing to give me the refund. My child was taken out of class on the 14th of Jan when schools opened for 2026.

It's going for a month being taken from pillar to post . The school is not giving me the refund and I need to pay school fees at the new school.

I have proof of payment Refund docs were submitted on 15 of January
