Bad Customer Experience
I bought shoes on their website and it has not been shipped to my address... I bought them on September 13,2025 I emailed them on the 23 September because there was no progress on delivery as I checked the tracking ID-now it says my shoes were collected by customer but I was waiting for delivery not collection now my shoes could have been collected by someone

Bad Customer Experience

Outstanding Service & Quality – Highly Recommended!
this is the best shop ever, i ordered skateboards from them, the courier I had an incredible experience with Baseline. I originally ordered skateboards, but unfortunately, the courier company reported they were destroyed in transit due to a fire. Without hesitation, Baseline stepped in and sent me two brand new replacement boards – no questions asked. The store manager really helped me even though i was in panic mode. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated! Shipping was fast, communication was easy, and their team was friendly, understanding, and reliable throughout. To top it all off, they even included two free grip tapes with my boards! The quality of the skateboards is excellent – you can tell they take pride in their products and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you, Baseline – you’ve gained a loyal customer for life!
