Bad service

Poor service from Bash , I purchased a sneaker online and was not delivered to me , courier gave my parcel to someone I don’t even know, no call was made to me whatsoever, someone signed for it. Escalated the matter to them, and was told to wait 24 hours.

Only today I’m told the courier guy called me which is lies, I’m so disappointed . So no sneaker no refund for me because of the mess that was made by their courier. How can a courier give someone a parcel without verifying their details how stupid can u be.

I’m so disappointed.
