Hi. I would like to file a complaint about Archive, i bought my sneakers early this year Nike airforce 1 and they damaged and i only wore them maybe 5 times and they look like they ****.

Archive Staff
The staff at Archive rustenburg mall don’t even take you serious all they do is tell you the sneaker you want is not in store and then point you to another sneaker and if you don’t want you they add comments like “you don’t have money to buy”,before you want to grow your business fix the staffs attitudes towards customers,archive is not the only store

Archive Fourways Mall sells Counterfeit (****) Shoes
I am absolutely disgusted and furious with Archive at Fourways Mall. I bought a pair of white Air Force 1s on laybuy, only to find out they sold me a **** pair. The leather is peeling off, and it's tearing. I compared them to authentic pairs, and the difference is shocking. This is beyond disappointing, and I feel completely betrayed. How dare you sell counterfeit products and deceive customers like this? I will NEVER shop here again, and I will make sure everyone knows how terrible and dishonest your store is!

Pathetic Service!!!!
This is far the worst service I've ever received. I've ordered a pair of sneaker on the 19th till today I haven't received my order due to your *********** partner Fastway!! I'm so disappointed & ****in' irritated😞😔

Bash, tfg , Archive poor service
I will never purchase from bash again. ARVHIVE, BASH, TFG. the service suck big time. I'm waiting two weeks for a pair of takkies and it's still not even assigned to a courier. It's still in the store. Pathetic service really, a waste of time. Everyday it's the same excuse. That the matter was excelated.

Bad service
Poor service from Bash , I purchased a sneaker online and was not delivered to me , courier gave my parcel to someone I don’t even know, no call was made to me whatsoever, someone signed for it. Escalated the matter to them, and was told to wait 24 hours. Only today I’m told the courier guy called me which is lies, I’m so disappointed . So no sneaker no refund for me because of the mess that was made by their courier. How can a courier give someone a parcel without verifying their details how stupid can u be. I’m so disappointed.

First and last time Bash customer.
After seeing a discounted pair of sneakers on Bash's mobile App, I went to Bash Archive Vaal Mall. According to the App, the sneakers were available there at the discounted price. I was informed that the store had stock but they were selling them at normal price and should buy them online to get a discount. After buying the sneakers online and waiting a few days. I receiving a text message and an email with my order number and an OTP number to go pick up the order. I sent my son to pick up the order and they refused giving him the order because he doesn't have my ID with him. I tried telling both the store and the call centre that this information was never made available to me. The call centre lady insisted that this was not the case and just set the phone aside. The store refused to release my order. Order AAAB1881989.
