First and last time Bash customer.

After seeing a discounted pair of sneakers on Bash's mobile App, I went to Bash Archive Vaal Mall. According to the App, the sneakers were available there at the discounted price. I was informed that the store had stock but they were selling them at normal price and should buy them online to get a discount. After buying the sneakers online and waiting a few days. I receiving a text message and an email with my order number and an OTP number to go pick up the order. I sent my son to pick up the order and they refused giving him the order because he doesn't have my ID with him. I tried telling both the store and the call centre that this information was never made available to me. The call centre lady insisted that this was not the case and just set the phone aside.
