BASH REFUND HORROR
I purchased a pair of shoes online(in store) using bash. The shoes was delivered, it was too big then I returned it. While in store I placed another order for a pair of takkies. A refund was done which reflected after a few days in my account. I never received that shoes. Now Bash is telling me the second payment never went through, even after my bank confirmed and I sent them 2 bank statements. 2 payments of 1699 went off and one refund of R1699 came in. it's almost a month now they are still 'investigating'. This is the second time I have a problem with Bash. In December I also bought takkies. After a few weeks they refunded the money cause the ',couldn't find my shoes in the warehouse'. I'm done with bash. I'm staying faaaar away

Bash, tfg , Archive poor service
I will never purchase from bash again. ARVHIVE, BASH, TFG. the service suck big time. I'm waiting two weeks for a pair of takkies and it's still not even assigned to a courier. It's still in the store. Pathetic service really, a waste of time. Everyday it's the same excuse. That the matter was excelated.
