http://Bash.com and their courier have failed TWICE to collect my return for Order and are lying to cover it up.
I returned sneakers that didn’t fit. Packed them per policy. Bash booked collection 1: No one came. They claimed I was “unreachable”. False — I was home all day, phone on, no call/SMS/knock.
Collection 2 was 16 April 2026. Same story: no courier, then told “customer not reachable”. Again, I was available with zero contact attempts.
This is the second time your courier has falsely logged failed collections. Bash keeps repeating the courier’s lie instead of fixing it. My refund is now blocked because of YOUR courier.
Consumer Protection Act Section 56 gives me the right to return. You are delaying it through dishonesty.
I want: 1. Immediate prepaid drop-off label OR refund processed now, since your courier can’t do their job. 2. Investigation into why your courier is logging **** “unreachable” reports.
Update: I’ve now emailed twice. Still no resolution. Bash, sort this out.
