I ordered a pair of sneakers from BASH SNEAKERS. They delivered the incorrect size. I have sent several emails to returns@bashsneakers.co.za as well as info@bashsneakers.co.za, to return the item. After a week I still have had no reply from them.

http://Bash.com and their courier have failed TWICE to collect my return for Order and are lying to cover it up. I returned sneakers that didn’t fit. Packed them per policy. Bash booked collection 1: No one came. They claimed I was “unreachable”. False — I was home all day, phone on, no call/SMS/knock. Collection 2 was 16 April 2026. Same story: no courier, then told “customer not reachable”. Again, I was available with zero contact attempts. This is the second time your courier has falsely logged failed collections. Bash keeps repeating the courier’s lie instead of fixing it. My refund is now blocked because of YOUR courier. Consumer Protection Act Section 56 gives me the right to return. You are delaying it through dishonesty. I want: 1. Immediate prepaid drop-off label OR refund processed now, since your courier can’t do their job. 2. Investigation into why your courier is logging **** “unreachable” reports. Update: I’ve now emailed twice. Still no resolution. Bash, sort this out.

I placed an order for Salomon through Bash today. I selected collection thinking I would receive it sooner than delivery, which was only available next week. When I tried to change the order to delivery during checkout, I noticed within seconds that it hadn’t updated. I contacted customer support immediately, providing all details clearly and promptly, as I won’t be around to collect for another two weeks. Bash refuses to change the order. I also cannot cancel it, as I would need to receive it first to return it. Refusing a simple, logical change is unnecessary, inconvenient, and extremely frustrating. Bash needs to honor this request or provide a real solution — this level of inflexibility is unacceptable.

I have been trying to make return for an online purchase for shoe, and their support app constantly says they cannot find my order. Since December I have been making attempted to return the shoe. First and for most they delivered shoe size I did not choose. Sent correspondences with no reply.

I went to Sportscene Durban West street to buy sneakers, they had to order online from Bash. They did ***** during that process and removed my cell phone number that was supposed to receive an OTP to collect sneakers they put their own cell phone number and sent someone else to collect the sneakers

Spoke to someone in customer service a few minutes an she drop the call as she DID NOT LISTEN to my query I asked her why is the instalment high in the last few months she gave me answer I already had told her that is not my query tone of voice changed an she drop the line utterly disgusted as I have been a customer for quite some time

I bought the Mens Asics Gel-Excite 10 Light Blue/Electric Lime Running Shoes Bash on line store on the 9 December 2024, the system message said order will be delvered within 5 days. To date I have not received my order, after many calls and emails, their team keeps on promising to find out from their courier, but not available. Today I receive a message offering me a R100 voucher as an apology from Bash, all need is my refund back as this company clearly does not understand how online works, good customer service. I am really dissapointed in this Bash and will never again buy from them. If I knew what kind of company they are, I would never have bought from them. Anyone reading this, please do not make the same error, this looks like a con shop, even if the price is low or cheap,don't even try, rather look at other reliable online stores than Bash
