I went to Sportscene Durban West street to buy sneakers, they had to order online from Bash. They did ***** during that process and removed my cell phone number that was supposed to receive an OTP to collect sneakers they put their own cell phone number and sent someone else to collect the sneakers

Bad customer experience from so called Kyle Talbot.
I am so disappointed! I dialed 0861111011 calling African bank because I want to decrease my credit limit. What a horrible experience I spoke to 4 different people but my simple query was not resolved. I even asked to speak to senior people 2 times and was told they are not available. The guy that takes the cup in being rude calls himself Kyle Talbot if that's his real name and he is in the collections department. He refused to transfer me to the right department so I can decrease my credit limit, he refused to transfer me to his line manager instead he gave me a contact number 08610005000 to dial only to find that the number is not even an African bank number because he was so fed up by me asking to decrease my credit limit. Horrible bank, rude staff even now my simple query is not resolved.

Excellent Service from Nozipho Xaba
Good day team. I am writing this with joy and satisfaction. I visited OK furniture in Verulam sometime last month. I was assisted by a friendly lady Nozipho Andiswa Xaba. To cut the long story short, the lady assisted with a TV, DSTV decoder, oven, hob and an extractor, purchase. While she was busy with that I mentioned in passing that the washing machine I bought few months back is having a pumper problem and I didnt even know she was paying attention to that. To my surprise Nozipho was listening, she logged an incident for me and now my washing machine I bought from OK is working perfectly. What a brilliant service, the lady went over and above her call of duty. Before I forget she kept on checking on me if the installation guy from OK came to install and connect for my DSTV. Keep doing what you doing Nozipho. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Sent from my phone

Bad service on Incident# 93728849
I am disappointed the way Capitec consultants are handling my application for Incident# 93728849. I started this application process from last week with a lady by the name of Queen. She asked me to send my docs of which I did from last week already. I have been receiving numerous emails from Capitec saying that they are missing a page from my February statement. I have been sending that via whatsapp and via email but no one seems to have received this. I spoke to Zolani today he told me he wrote a message to this Queen to call me back. Up u till now that application is still missing that document and no one calls me back. Even your complaints desk is useless. The lady I spoke to at complaints she was rushing home and never attended to my complaint. I'm wondering what kind of a bank is this.

Bad service from Promise Madlala
A very bad customer service given by Promise Madlala at Cherckes hyper Gateway theather of shopping. She was very rude to me for no reason when I went to take out money this afternoon. She didn't even greet me, she was so clod. She said "what do you want" I told her I came to takeout money she said "so?" and I was confused... I am so upset she made me feel so small. I know the money was not too much it was just 400 but yoh.

Excellent customer service
I would like to thank the Pick n pay staff from Crescent mall near gateway, at first the security was reluctant to let me in because I went there out of working hours to withdraw R80 at the till because I had no transport money. I begged at the door because there was no where to go the security then called an Indian man who let me in I was assisted by Peacemaker Nyathikazi and the other lady I did not take her name. Excellent service. If I was not assisted I was goona beg for bus fare or sleep in a garage.
