Terrible service, incorrect pricing advertised on bedroom suite ,sales staff refuses to call the manager ,the manger could not assist and does not take accountability for the false advertising in store .

Ok Furniture in Da****rt I had the worst service from the *********** salesperson Shadrack Maifo, he has a bad attitude towards his co workers and lacks customer service, I wanted to purchase a tv yesterday at OK furniture in Da****rt when the lady who was helping me was disrespected by this nonsense untidy salesperson Shadrack Maifo refusing to turn on the tv, he is the worst salesperson in that shop and he is the one who is making people to have interest on buying there cause of his attitude towards customers

I called these people wanting to know the balance I owe them and I want to settle my account with them, nobody gave me a direction all of the call Center people transferred me for a whole hour they just say “hold I will transfer you” without hearing what I want. So angry and frustrated I want to pay of this account while I still have the money but no response.

So I've visited OK Furniture in Krugersdorp twice and on both occasions the workers did not bother to assist! I had to be assisted by the security lady as the staff conversed like I was non existent. Very disappointing staff members. Big up to thr security lady though!

We have paid on the 19th December for a couch that was advertised on your website. After numerous calls and calls and promises not met the couch was delivery late January early February. Upon opening the couch it had a tear in and the quality of the couch is EXTREMELY POOR, it is off quality of a second hand couch. We immediately reported the faulty couch and still up to date no couch was replaced and or feedback was give at anytime. We the client had to phone and mail to find out what the state off the replacement is. I’m disappointed with my experience at OK Furniture/Shoprite/Checkers. The service did not meet the expectations set on their website and promises. Communication was slow, I always phoned and my concerns were not addressed in a timely manner. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their processes. If we think about TCF rules your company is not adhering to these basic rules. Let me remind you: The six outcomes of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) (as set out by the UK Financial Conduct Authority) are: 1. Consumers can be confident they are dealing with firms where the fair treatment of customers is central to the corporate culture. 2. Products and services are designed to meet the needs of identified consumer groups and are targeted accordingly. 3. Consumers are provided with clear information and are kept appropriately informed before, during, and after the point of sale. 4. Advice is suitable and takes account of the consumer’s circumstances. 5. Products perform as firms have led consumers to expect, and the associated service is of an acceptable standard. 6. Consumers do not face unreasonable post-sale barriers imposed by firms to change product, switch provider, submit a claim, or make a complaint. I honestly do not even know how to approach your company. You have received your money and we have received an second hand damaged couch worth R9 500.

I bought a restonic bed 5 months ago you would swear my mattress is 2 years old it has already developed a hole in the middle part of the bed, it makes sounds when climbing or changing sleeping positions I reported it and they refused to change because of a tiny stain, the fact that its only 5 months old doesn't matter

I have been dissatisfied by the Fridge I bought at OK furniture Kabokweni Plaza. The fridge has been said to be new on delivery hence it has been repaired by the store due to it not being cold and food spoiling. After the Technician has attended the complain I'm still sitting with the same problem. I'm not happy, it's either I get a new fridge or a refund. The fridge is barely a year old.

I bought the Bennet Read 8kg single tun washing machine from OK Furniture in Robertson. Mr Bantom, the sales guy was extremely helpful and friendly. He took care of all the paperwork so efficiently and Mr Douglas Davids did the security check in no time. The store manager even came to update me on the new price because I missed the online price by one day. The cashier was friendly. This is the place to shop for excellent service.
