Poor customer services, they don't correspond to mails. Placed an order on the 6th December 2025, they communicated with me on the 18th December informing me about an unavailable item due to overselling. I instantly reponsed to mail in quest for parcel direction, due to seasonal break holidays. Requested was not considered, presume as on the 23rd December 2025 courier called me asking my whereabouts as they will at my place to deliver. Requested courier to reschedule for January 2026, none of that happened. When I'm enquiring about my order via email they are not replying. Done numerous attempts to contact them via telephone, no response still.
I have been trying to make return for an online purchase for shoe, and their support app constantly says they cannot find my order. Since December I have been making attempted to return the shoe. First and for most they delivered shoe size I did not choose. Sent correspondences with no reply.
Hello Peter, I signed up for 24month PC contract telkom. After it was paid up I opted to continue only paying data worth R105 premium per month. In March I had the worse encounter they debited a premium I did agree upon. Upon my inquiry with telkom at their shops in Tyger valley mall they told me I signed up some cookies however they will remove that. Subsequently to that they charged me R536 end March 2025 and in the middle of the month (April 2025) the deducted R756. Worse nightmare they're not reachable via they contact line
Customer services is bad, I reported a faulty Hisense 631l Side by Side Frost Free Fridge with Water Dispenser that I purchased with them in November 2023 as it was still on warranty on Thursday the February 2025. After they liaise with Hisense as the OEM, they said the technician will be on-site (at home) to work on the within 72 hours after the job card has been issued. Tuesday I followed up with Makro as I made purchase with them, they told me to directly follow up with OEM. Till this day Makro has not furnished status updated of the fridge being fixed. It's a week later today, we already threw away on monthly fridge groceries we purchased.
Bought Laurence corner couch-mocha in October, upon delivery it the headrests were not working. I immediately communicated the issues with the couch headrests and my complaint was only attended in February. Subsequently the couch was fetch for refurbished or fixing of headrest at Wheco Group.And it was delivered back, upon unwrapping the couch with the hope the headrests were working, they weren't not working at all instead the couch had crumbs and bit dusty, at the back of another headrest the cover is thorn. Frankly I trusted Cielo but now I'm skeptical of making any other purchase after this experience.
