Unhappy former customer
Have to agree with others ordering online and getting the purchased products are really quick. In my case I had ordered Colour Shift ***ment of a certain color for my first order. But purchasing the second time did not go as planned, the colour once painted was not the same as the initial color. I did reach out to Bastion Paint and showed them with various Whats app Videos/Pictures what the difference is, and from what I can gather is that they dont believe me and or accuse me of not following the paint process correctly. I have now found a different supplier of these ***ments and will rather support them, thank you to JOHNS MEGA PAINTS.

Service that goes way above the rest
If I could give you 10 stars for service, I would definitely do so. Your service is absolutely amazing. It takes me longer to place an order and open the package than what it takes for you to process, pack and courier from Durban to Johannesburg. All I can say is "Wow, thank you". Please keep it up.

Service that goes way above the rest
If I could give you 10 stars for service, I would definitely do so. Your service is absolutely amazing. BASTION PAINTS ARE THE BEST
Have always had super quick and super efficient service from this online paint store. It sells all kinds of paint, metallic, Pearl, glow in the dark. Also sells gorgeous semi precious tumbled stones. They are too gorgeous. Resin is also sold, in different drying times and for different ideas. Thank you Bastion Paints, for being so efficient. And selling such gorgeous products.

BASTION PAINTS ARE THE BEST
Have always had super quick and super efficient service from this online paint store. It sells all kinds of paint, metallic, Pearl, glow in the dark. Also sells gorgeous semi precious tumbled stones. Bastion Paint Clear Top Coat (Gloss)

BASTION IS THE BEST PAINTS AND OTHER GOODIES.
Every dealing I have had with Bastion paints has been a wonderful adventure. Nothing is to difficult for them to help you with. I had only a smidgeon of paint on the outside of a tin, but it was contained due to their great packaging. Give Bastion our local support. Keep LOCAL IS LEKKER!

Worst Experience I have ever had!
The Order itself: My Parcel was lost for a while and no one at Bastion Paints could help me find it. Out of my own airtime I tracked my parcel with several courier companies and then I phoned you back to tell you where it is after it was Shipped to Mussina instead of Mokopane. The Product: #1 The LED Balloons that are supposed to stay on for 15 hours was a lie. All our balloon lights were dead after 3-4 hours. #2 The LED Coke Glass was a disaster. On all the glasses after about 2 hours the Blue and Green LED was no longer working, with some of the glasses looking like it had flat batteries and some that didn't even come on. #3 The Glow Bangles were just as bad as some of them didn't even glow and that we had to refund the customers on faulty bangles. #4 The Glow Necklace had the exact same problem as the Glow Bangles mentioned in "#3" #5 The Neon Powders would only glow when it was directly underneath and close to the UV light. The only thing that sort of worked was the Neon Paint but also not very satisfied with it. Summary: This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a Company and their Product. I will also in the future never again order from Bastion Paints.
