You cannot get hold of the owner......Yes if you are lucky they reply to a whatsapp message(+27 82 415 3898) if they feel like it, Chat on their website they never respond to, also no comms from this mail address - clauds@airbrushwarehouse.co.za So rather buy from https://artsavingsclub.co.za/ and @ least you know you are getting your order.
Account---#0001384464 So you need to apply to get approval from this company to buy shielding gas. Did all the paperwork sent to their designated address on the 27th of November, and till today not one response. NOT GOOD.
Have to agree with others ordering online and getting the purchased products are really quick. In my case I had ordered Colour Shift ***ment of a certain color for my first order. But purchasing the second time did not go as planned, the colour once painted was not the same as the initial color. I did reach out to Bastion Paint and showed them with various Whats app Videos/Pictures what the difference is, and from what I can gather is that they dont believe me and or accuse me of not following the paint process correctly. I have now found a different supplier of these ***ments and will rather support them, thank you to JOHNS MEGA PAINTS.
On June 24th 2023 I placed an order for sneakers (Order #28059). Yesterday I recieved my order but upon opening the box I noticed that the colour of the sneakers were not as advertised. I double checked on my profile if I might have made the mistake but there are no options for choosing different colours--so you would assume that the advertised sneakers were the ones that you are purchasing. I did send a mail to FILA but after reading all of the other negative comments people have had, I dont think I will ever get a response nor a refund. So purely just for the fact that the advertised sneakers and the ones delivered are not the same colour, I would not recommend anyone buying from FILA Online.
Absolutely appalling service from the Owner. Do not expect them to refund you if you have bought something that you need to return. Also Staff is really not informed about plants )Species etc.) Lastly and this is to the owner you cannot label a bag of Lawn Dressing with a permanent marker as "Manure".
So on the 7th of June 2020 wanted to make an online purchase with my Makro credit card only to realize that the cell number they have for me is wrong---Luckily @ checkout there is a number you can call to change this (call centre 0861-729727) Call and got the usual questions ID number residential address etc.... So by now you would think that the agent on the other end would be so helpful as to change a Cell number, but no the response I got was you have to go into your nearest Makro store with your ID document and they will change the number for you? To which I replied that's pathetic. Really not what you would expect from a call center---why have the facility if everyone has to go into Makro to get particulars changed.
Ordered on 25th August 2019 still not delivered, repeated calls and emails to this company just go unanswered. Please do not waste your money and or your time with these people.
