No business Ethics

Do not ever buy a battery from Lenasia Battery Distributors, they are a bunch of crooks. I bout a battery from the shop on the 27/11/2021. They gave me a 12 month warranty. So yesterday when i returned the battery they gave me a replacement unit to use until they have mine fixed. The gave me a chaged battery with a dead cell to use. This i did not know and promised to call me very early the next morning. So this afternoon i got a lift out there and told them i would like the battery changed and they refused. I asked this guy thaz helped me Soolayman to please call his boss as when i bought the battery they told me that if i have any issues i should return it with the purchase slip. The guy went to the back of the shop and came back to me and told me his boss says he is not in.
