No business Ethics
Do not ever buy a battery from Lenasia Battery Distributors, they are a bunch of crooks. I bout a battery from the shop on the 27/11/2021. They gave me a 12 month warranty. So yesterday when i returned the battery they gave me a replacement unit to use until they have mine fixed. The gave me a chaged battery with a dead cell to use. This i did not know and promised to call me very early the next morning. So this afternoon i got a lift out there and told them i would like the battery changed and they refused. I asked this guy thaz helped me Soolayman to please call his boss as when i bought the battery they told me that if i have any issues i should return it with the purchase slip. The guy went to the back of the shop and came back to me and told me his boss says he is not in.

Truworths nice but nasty like Hell.
Worst experience of my entire life. My job changed so did my salary date. I have not miss a single payment but I have called to change my salary date . So for the past 3 months I had been calling Truworths every month as I had made an arrangement to have my bank debited. But they never debited my account, so every month for the past 3 months I have been doing manual payments. I kept on calling the call centre in Cape Town and no one except the agent I spoke to today . As i had recieved a letter of demand, told me that my account is in arrears and that although I have not missed a payment their books close on the 9 or the 10 it depends when they want to . Truworths is worth rubbish in our country as we do not have the choice as covid came and destroyed the very fabric of our financial world. Even though as tough as it might be we ensure that we pay our debts but the monster giants running our economy have no empathy during this time when some don't even bother to pay their accounts.

Excellent service the best Bosch service center in the Westrand
I was on my way to collect my company vehicle from a service at Tripple J M Diesel in Stormil Florida when my personal car a bmw broke down. I got a lift to Tripple J M Diesel and told Chane and Johan what had happened. They asked if I could take them to where my vehicle was. It was established that I could not tow the car as it is an auto and needed to be put on a flat bed. They arranged for a place for my car to overnight so that they would arrange to collect the car in the morning as it was already late afternoon and their workshop was closed. The next morning Charne called me and told me her Husband Johan went to collect my car. They sent me pics and told me that they were going to have a a mechanic check what the problem was. Around lunch time Charne called me and asked me to collect my car at their workshop at Tripple J M Diesel in stormill. I asked what the bill might be and she told me I owe them zero Rands. The mechanic found a water pipe had burst and they fixed the problem. In these desperate days there are still some very good and descent people who go the extra mile. I would recommend Tripple J M Diesel to everyone I meet. We take all our company vehicles to them to be serviced and their service is excellent and staff friendly.. From the front line staff Deon at reception what a great guy to the mechanics, and owners Charne and Johan they are awsome and always go the extra mile. Keep up the good work guys your a blessing in this crazy time.

Disgust at negligence of essential service staff
Flora Clinic is one very bad place to have your loved ones sent to. We have had an extremely bad experience with some very abrupt, incompetent staff who don't care about patients. The old people get pinched and s****s of food shoved down their throats. A family member was discharged at 09:30 and at 14:00 I had to throw my toys out of the box to get her released. They seem to only have one porter as from 09:30 they have apparently been waiting for a porter. I had to force my way into the hospital. They ripped the drips out of the person that I went to collect. I had to demand for a manager in order to get here released. If you have any old family members in the Ward A room 5 please get them out of that hell hole... It's supposed to be a private institution but they operate worst than our government institutions... Such a shame as this is supposed to be a world class private Clinic.. MANAGEMENT wake up leave your glamorous offices and see what your staff are upto.

Service Excellence
Spoken to an agent by the name of Mr Sifiso Moeketsi, he made my calling experience a dream. He answered all my questions without any hesitations and advised me accordingly. If Contact companies had this kind of competent staff, businesses would bloom exponentially. I had been a call center Manager this amount of professional courtesy is profound.. Mr Moeketsi keep up the good work you are a front line for your company God Bless.
