A couple of months ago. My optometrist gave me a new brand of contact lenses as my older brand was on backorder so they gave me the ULTRA lenses from Basuch & Lomb. The lenses worked fine for a couple of days when suddenly when I put them back in the one day I found them both to be broken. Thinking something was just wrong with the two I simply just replaced them with others. then not even a day later the one lenses broke! I returned the batch to the optometrist explaining the situation determining the batch was faulty and when they sent it back to Bausch & Lomb they returned them refusing to believe the batch was faulty and blamed me for mishandling/manhandling the products.
I've been using contact lenses for nine years! I know how to handle them properly. Absolutely disgusted by their response and accusation. Most service providers would just bite their tongue and try and resolve the issue not blame the consumers and make the situation worse rather than better.
They should be ashamed of such behaviour.
