Inconsistent Appllication of Maintenance Plan
I have been charged to pay for brake pads despite the vehicle being at the dealer for its 30 000km service. Items covered under BAW service plan clearly indicates that Brake Pads and Rear brake linings. Page 14 and 15 of the service book.

Good Morning,
As conveyed to the customer's brake components all wear and tear items and are therefor not covered under warranty.
We do however include brakes at relevant service intervals. The relevant service plan will have these parts included at specific services - not every service.
