No refund received as stated by Bawas online
I'm very disappointed in Bawas furnitures. I purchased Kitchen cabinets from them. They send me a whatapp message stating they they could not complete my delivery as they don't deliver to George Western Cape. They stated they would refund me within 5-7 working days. Up unil now I haven't received any refund. When trying to get hold of them to get an update, I'm ignored and they don't answer my calls.

Please allow us to clarify that your refund was processed on 14 January. Due to the high transaction volumes during the festive period, some payments reflected later than expected depending on individual banking processes. However, the refund was actioned on our side within the required timeframe.
We are sorry if you experienced difficulty reaching our team for confirmation. That is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we will be addressing the communication concerns internally.
