Struggle to complete a project after full payment
We are happy with their product. Pricing is good with first transaction , but gets very expensive for second round work. Bad experience with completing a project after full payment. Keep a decent amount for retention and only pay that after sign off of snag-list.

Bayberry Kitchens: Professional, efficient and invested in doing a great job
We used Bayberry Kitchens to do a complete replacement and remodel of our kitchen - new from the ground up. From day one their staff have been courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. We spent a lot of time with them sorting out the final design, with a few changes to the plans over the period. This was never a problem for them and they assisted with suggestions and experience from previous installations to help us get to the right answers. The work on the kitchen was done within budget, on time, to a very high standard. As with any new building project, there have been a few snags and these have been addressed efficiently and with enthusiasm! There is definitely a very strong sense of pride from the team in the work they do! In our dealings with Bayberry, we've interacted with various groups of their staff - owners, installers, maintenance teams, etc. and they have all shown the same quality of service and values. Thank you to Bayberry for a fantastic kitchen.

Great workmanship
Had the best experience working with Bayberry Kitchens. From start to finish, they were honest and professional and their quality of work is outstanding. I am very happy with my new kitchen and bedroom cupboards.

Poor quality and service. Dont use Bayberry Kitchens
Worst company to use for kitchens. Their cupboards are cut skew. The cupboards are coming off the hinges. They have bad peeling or cracking marks on the corners. I reported them to the ombudsman for poor quality and they came in for an hour and fixed a couple of things but over the last year you can see what poor quality products they used. Their service is disgusting. They now want to charge me R750 call out fee as well as charge me to replace their skew, peeling, cupboards. Their service and quality is disgusting and clearly their staff need aome training. And the worst thing. They dont really care what you think!
