I tried for hours to get a Dyson. Marked down by 15 percent. It was the last day of the special. I have screenshots showing there was money from the card I was trying to have it purchased from but it kept telling me payment not available. I emailed bash support with screenshots and they don't care.
I communicated with them regarding a trolley inverter. I was told they would keep it aside and I have the conversation on what's app. My husband rocked up there and they were busy selling the unit to somebody else and the lady in the shop said yes she was communicating with me but they were selling it to him. She shrugged her shoulders, smiled and said sorry like it was a big joke that my husband wasted his petrol driving to fetch it. They obviously have alot if business and don't care about bad reviews as I see I'm not the only person to post terrible service from them
I flew fly safiar on December. My points have not been allocated. I have now been given the run around by clicks saying I must now contact fly safair regarding my points. Between fly safair and clicks I have been given different numbers and email addresses. Why is it my job?? I spent the money where is my points?? Why am I responsible for this. I think between fly safair and clicks this is a scam!!!
4th dimension is a fantastic security team. They always go above and beyond. We have had such great service from them. We recently went on holiday and the power tripped in our house and they went in and reset it for us and patrolled every day and night and kept us informed all the time. To Gerhard, Andre and your team, Keep up the good work.
Worst company to use for kitchens. Their cupboards are cut skew. The cupboards are coming off the hinges. They have bad peeling or cracking marks on the corners. I reported them to the ombudsman for poor quality and they came in for an hour and fixed a couple of things but over the last year you can see what poor quality products they used. Their service is disgusting. They now want to charge me R750 call out fee as well as charge me to replace their skew, peeling, cupboards. Their service and quality is disgusting and clearly their staff need aome training. And the worst thing. They dont really care what you think!
