Bayside Mall management gone AWOL
Given a shocking experience with a Bayside Mall tenant business, which I reported to security and centre management, I asked the receptionist to get centre management to call me back to discuss my complaint, last Friday. I called again on Monday at lunchtime. By yesterday (Wednesday) no one had returned my call or messages. I called the centre management offices again, and was told no one had relayed the incident or messages. I re-told my story and concerns and was assured that the marketing manager would call me by 1pm. No one called. This is simply terrible service !! The fact that I had to threaten to SAPS on Friday to get some kind of reaction from centre management offices is also shocking. Whats the point of having people managing the mall, then ? What other matters are they just sweeping under the rug and ignoring ?

Not getting the correct reply to my complaint
I wrote to checkers customer care last week, about no SASSA tills for the last two months at the Bayside Mall Tableview CT. The first reply I get is to contact Money market, what for I I don’t know. Then I write again and today I get a call, and the person doesn’t answer my question, obviously hasn’t read my query, so she was going on about long queues….how am I supposed to get a decent response to my query? I thought customer care was there as support and respond to complaints.

Bad service at 3@1 Bayside mall Branch
I came to the branch of 3@1 printing services on the 27th of January 2024 and I asked for someone to type something for me and I was charged and they told me to come back the following day that was fine. On the following day on 28th of January I came to collect and there was a agent who refused to give me his name and told me he doesn't know anything and that the manager is not at work he was not willing to assist me at all and he told me to go I asked for the money I paud funny enough he told me he was not informed but he gave the money i paid I feel like I wasted 24 hours of my time trusting their service beacuse they are in professional environment.

Bad service at 3@1 Bayside mall Branch

Bayside Mall is The Best!
Being new to the area I was pleasantly surprised by the all the mall tenants,friendly and helpful security personnel and just the general friendliness of all the shoppers.Coming from Durbanville,Tableview certainly flipped the coin to the winning side!

Bayside Mall is The Best!
Being new to the area I was pleasantly surprised by the all the mall tenants,friendly and helpful security personnel and just the general friendliness of all the shoppers.Coming from Durbanville,Tableview certainly flipped the coin to the winning side!

Save yourselves the absolute unpleasant, waste of your time
To leave this review I had no option but to give you a star. You do not deserve the 1 star given, there should be an option for subzero service and etiquette. Or taking stars away. Appalling experience. The manager is rude, unprofessional, ***ist and definitely can't handle his position. Staff don't even acknowledge you, evidently miserable. Don't care a damn. Save yourselves the absolute waste of time. This has been my most unpleasant experience in service ever. Disgusting.

It's a ****ing evil world out there. They tried to abduct Sarah from Bayside mall today. Her 10 year old sister wrested her back.from them.i spent an hour looking for the culprit. It's good I never caught them. Police case opened. Cctv caught everything. Security seemed in interested. Tableview police said it happens all the time at Bayside.
