Bad service at 3@1 Bayside mall Branch

I came to the branch of 3@1 printing services on the 27th of January 2024 and I asked for someone to type something for me and I was charged and they told me to come back the following day that was fine. On the following day on 28th of January I came to collect and there was a agent who refused to give me his name and told me he doesn't know anything and that the manager is not at work he was not willing to assist me at all and he told me to go I asked for the money I paud funny enough he told me he was not informed but he gave the money i paid I feel like I wasted 24 hours of my time trusting their service beacuse they are in professional environment.
