Save yourselves the absolute unpleasant, waste of your time

To leave this review I had no option but to give you a star. You do not deserve the 1 star given, there should be an option for subzero service and etiquette. Or taking stars away. Appalling experience. The manager is rude, unprofessional, ***ist and definitely can't handle his position. Staff don't even acknowledge you, evidently miserable. Don't care a damn. Save yourselves the absolute waste of time. This has been my most unpleasant experience in service ever. Disgusting.
