Travel Booking
I booked a return trip via email which may not have been the most effective way to book my trip, however, i was very clear about my starting and drop off point as well as the collection and drop off point on my return. More than 19 emails later (from different agents in the same office), I called the day before my return to double check that all was in order as I'd lost confidence in whatever system was being used. The telecall confirmed that there was (still) a mistake in my booking. How can this be?! If something like National Express in the UK takes a single transaction, surely BazBus can make use of a similar system.
