Disappointing service
One would hope that any transition to a new system would be smoother with a bank such as Standard Bank SA. With more than 5 attempts, more than 2 log ins, 2 visits to the branch, receiving a notification and scanning the QR code to approve a transaction has still not been successful. Disappointing exchange policy
Disappointed with iStore's policy of charging for a replacement if the item purchased is not correct ... having paid premium price of R599 for a cable, I was then charged R119,80 to replace it with the correct one.0 replies

On 28th March this year, I took advantage of a special deal that Hertz Car rental were promoting to hire a car for a month. And duly returned the car on the 30th April as required. I then received two invoices which did not correspond to each other and contained incorrect information. (Note that I ended up being charged 3 amounts, none of which was clearly explained to me when I took the car ... so much for a special deal)! I immediately wrote to *** on 2nd May raising my query with them. I received no response. So I reached out again on 10th May and was assured that there would be follow up. By the 13th May I had heard nothing and was told that the matter would be escalated. As of the 17th May, no one has attended to address my enquiry or attempted to call me (a local resident).0 replies

First Car Rental
Not impressed! I booked car hire with First Car Rental on 9th January, and had to cancel by entire trip - including my reservation with them on the 13th January. In spite of receiving confirmation of my cancellation, I was charged for the rental on the 9th and as of the 29th January, have not received a refund.0 replies
