BB Bread astounding quality
Good evening This is absolutely astounding that the second time around I am experiencing nonsense with BB bread I purchased 2 loaves this evening for my kids lunch and now this The previous experience I received a call from your agent that wanted to compensate for the inconvenience which I had declined and gave you a second chance This is absolutely bull This time I want compensation for your **** product I emailed them on 30/10/2025 then received a case number Your reference number is CAS-2025-Z9S5T3 On 03/11/2025 they emailed stating that the bread truck collected the bread for investigation Today the 06/11/2025 still no feedback meaning complaints to compromised quality is not important

Terrible customer service
I sent a msg to them together with a pic showing them a weird brown thing that was stuck in the bread. The msg was sent on 30 May 2025 and till date I have not received feedback. I msgd them again on 02 June and there was no response. Msgd again on 4 June and they rep**** saying someone will call to give me feedback. Msgd them again on 12 June, 25 June and 05 September and still no response.

Terrible customer service

Mouldy bread.
I am so disappointed in BB bread. My family loves it and we buy it daily. Yesterday I bought a loaf of white BB bread dated the 31/08/2025 and this morning when I was preparing to make lunch there was mould on the bread.

Mouldy bread.
I am so disappointed in BB bread. My family loves it and we buy it daily. Yesterday I bought a loaf of white BB bread dated the 31/08/2025 and this morning when I was preparing to make lunch there was mould on the bread.

Unfair competition rules BB Bread
Unfair competition rules,on Monday 30 June 2025 I got a miss call from Duran bb manager at 12.05 pm,I missed the call as I was in a meeting, when I called back at 12.25 pm about 20 mins after the missed call I spoke to Duran and he said my name was drawn to win a two plate hot plate stove since I didn't answer he phoned another person which i feel was wrong with BB bread at least give the winner time before calling another person .He gave the winner until the following day at 9am to come fetch the stove but couldn't give me a chance to return the call.Duran was very unprofessional .I will never support that company again.Will rather support Albany or Sasko.BB bakery is unprofessional and Rob winners of their prizes.Very very dissatisfied ex customer

I bought a loaf of BB bread and it had like a dry meaty substances in the bread..my family and I only saw after eating a few slices..my daughter then suffered with runny tummy for 2 days I'm really upset

Mouldy tasting bread
I have bought bread from 2 different shops and they both have that mouldy taste it's a terrible ..I'm very disappointed in their brand going bad for this year I'm 4 months pregnant and in my case that is not healthy at all

BB Bread is a disappointment
Everytime i buy BB Bread i get disappointed... The bread smells mouldy, it expires before expiry date, it has fruitflies. It looks like it has been eaten by a rat, the slices some look as though they are not well baked, the bread crust had small insects on it, some slices have holes in them.

BB Bread is a disappointment

Bread mouldy before expiry date
I purchased BB bread from Pick n Pay Chatsworth Durban on Friday 05th January and the expiry date was 08 January.. When I opened the bread on Sunday 07 January, it was mouldy. I immediately took pics and email the complaints dept of BB bread. To date I have had no response. Pathetic

Bread mouldy before expiry date
I purchased BB bread from Pick n Pay Chatsworth Durban on Friday 05th January and the expiry date was 08 January.. When I opened the bread on Sunday 07 January, it was mouldy. I immediately took pics and email the complaints dept of BB bread. To date I have had no response. Pathetic
