I have recently changed over to prepaid fibre which turned out to be a nightmare. I have been without internet for about 2 weeks now. After a week and a half I finally got hold of herotel but am currently still without internet. I bought the prepaid voucher which they say needs to be activated but I am still getting transferred from one person to another.
I bought a smar****ch for the amount of R260. I absolutely loved it and felt it was a good buy. After +- 2 months it stopped charging. I contacted Takealot to pick it up. The reimbursed me with a R60.
I am so disappointed in BB bread. My family loves it and we buy it daily. Yesterday I bought a loaf of white BB bread dated the 31/08/2025 and this morning when I was preparing to make lunch there was mould on the bread.
I am so disappointed in Lewis stores. I bought a Alaska corner lounge suite cash in May 2023. By December 2023 the couch already started making a squeaky sound when you sit. At the moment all the brings have come out and that's how damaged the couch is currently. I went into the store to go report it, the lady told me i should take a video of the issues i have and send it to her because right now they dont have transport to go to my house. I didnt send the video because i felt its impossible to record that on a video. Later i submitted a complaint online and i got a call from customer service telling me because i bought the lounge suit cash there is basically nothing they can do. To make matters worse i only found out that day the reason why Lewis stores gave me a discount is because the marked the item as a damaged item just to make a sale, which i knew nothing about.
