Below is my experience with BB Ford Tzaneen. In short, I bought a new Next Gen and Traded in my Everest (which engine gave problems, and I agreed to it being fixed and willing to pay to get it fixed at this dealer) We (myself and Employer) bought two cars from BB Tzaneen. The other being a new Fronx GL. Sales helped promptly and within a week or so we had two cars we wanted to buy. From day one after the sale of my car, I was disappointed, unsatisfied, and not what I expect from a dealer and how clients should be treated. This car was NOT fully checked and prepped before the sale. Tires had no thread and if I did not complain about them, I was going to receive the car as is(Fotos will be attached), to add to this the windshield also has a crack which only after notified was said it would be replaced(Not yet done). The same day I could see that on the left side of the car there was HUGE white spots on the panels where there is a clear change in color of the panels(Fotos attached) and faded paint. It was said that they believe it was a bad polish job just to find out it has been resprayed and not done properly. (They did know about this and did not disclose it, The DP also admitted to the car been touched up and sprayed on 5 panels after cancelation.) I take it the car is not in a good enough condition to proceed with the deal, thus Management decided to cancel the contract. (did not give me a choice or asked what I as the client wanted to do or offered to let me buy another car) As I pointed out that the whole car has been resprayed and touched up(not disclosed) and been involved in an accident as the left front panel has been replaced(Not disclosed). Clear droplet marks, running paint, overspray, paint coming off, windscreen cracked, tires thread was finished (although they said they will give me a cashback for R6000 for tires) and the list goes on.(not mentioning all the other problems and issues I had) While having this car for the few weeks thinking we will just get the one or two things fixed not knowing that all the panels was redone, I went and spend plus minus 30k on extras to make it look nice only to give back the car. It was very easy to sell this car to me but the aftersales and service went from 100% to 10%, too many phone calls from my side, no answers, no follow ups, no replies over days if replies at all, Nothing happened for weeks as the sales person also went on leave and the other members of Ford did not act on anything only to make empty promises and time went by. It was like it was my job to find out and ask daily what was going on just to end up not satisfied and badly mistreated. To Top off this wonderful experience, after I paid R4500 to get my Everest in driving condition (for the stripped work), the car has been scratched, not washed (standing in the rain and dust for 4 weeks), antifreeze bottle top was not closed, plastics loose, Gear lever plastic cover open. I had to call the workshop manager to assist and only then leave the premises with the utter most disgust. While my Trade in was in the workshop I was firstly quoted R192 000, shocked at this amount I took it on myself to do research about engine prices to find that I could get a brand new crated 2.2 Engine Genuine SA Ford Parts from Selby Ford JHB for R48 000 vat excl. Thus, BB came down with their quote to R132 000. The whole process was stretched out so long my Everest monthly deduction (payment) also went off, and finance/sales could not even calculate the correct amount that was owed or to be financed and cash backed. I had to explain and write to them and was also communicated to so unprofessionally and was said, am I happy with a certain amount of cashback and was just increased more but was still not calculated correctly, (as if I should be happy what they give me and not what I was owed). If left and just signed I was again going into an agreement which was not correct and fair. As a proud Ford Fan, I’ve owned 7 Ford cars in the past but due to the lack of service and honesty this will be my last. The serviced received from this dealer was utterly horrific and would not recommend anyone to buy a car here. There is no remorse, no integrity and care given to the client. From the sales to management and even the workshop. They cancelled the deal not even offering me to buy something else or giving me time to get a new car and to take back my Everest (not yet fixed and cancelled that process also). I Paid without hesitation what I owed to the workshop just to be done with Ford BB Tzaneen. Buying a new or secondhand car from an accredited dealer should not make you so scared and not trusting the dealership where you buy it, so much that you must have the car assessed after you bought it just to find out you were taken for a fool. I only have one car and thus will be left without a car to drive until I have bought another non the less this is definitely not how a person should feel when buying a car worth 700K, it takes away all the excitement and proudness one should feel when working hard for your money to buy a car from a dealer in your own town, A dealer should also be proud of what they sell to clients and if problems occur do everything they can to keep the client happy and satisfied with the whole process. Thus it leads me with sadness and frustration to even write this email but would rather appeal to the owners or heads of Management to look into these matters and prevent them from happening in the future, The whole time it felt to me as a client there are no strict rules that was being followed, no guidelines or procedures and they did what they wanted with no repercussions. Thank you for you time and would love to hear back from you. Regards Danton Kleynhans

On the 24 of April I went to Ford in Tzaneen wherein my aim was to service the car only to find that my car was not due for service as they didn't write in the previous visit. So I decide to suspend the service but decide to go for mechanical issue with them. There was a strange noise in my car and I requested them to check on where does it come from. They did that and later told me that the strange noise is because of the link stabilizer bar, kid brake lining, deposit cleaner, skim disk and the I said u can include the thermostat which I ordered before. The money costed R8786.09. But above all this the told me that they don't have some other parts with them they can have them the following day. So we agreed that I willl come back the following day. I had to travel from tzaneen to giyani and giyani to Tzaneen again. On the 25th of April 2023 I went back to Tzaneen. So the started with the car later when they were about to knock off the mechanic called me and told me another story to say the noise is still there and is because of bearing of R1282. 44 and insultor stabilier of 329.02 and he will need also the labour of R1275. .And the engineering of 1000 and the total balance was R4469. 43. Adding to the initial amount indicted above and also they didn't have parts they wanted me to visit again the following day. I ask the mechanic that haven't I gave you guys the car the check the strange noise so that we fix? You just took my money and not deal with the noise. I didn't know how to fix the car and I didn't know the cause of the strange noise hence I gave it you to check on my behalf and you failed me guys. Since well they were knocking off I took my car to giyani and to my surprise is that the car was worse. My question is what is it that my money was doing if it is worse this way. Yesterday the 26 April 2023 I called them to lodge a complaint and I spoke to the Ryan who responded to me to say who is responsible for that I said is them Ford as the dealership that I visited and gave them my car, his response was he didn't broke the car iam the one who broke the car, I don't know how. He was not showing a remorse. Help me I'm so drained I can't cope knowing that my car is worse than before. I trusted them as the dealership where the car comes from. Where can I rely if the situation is like this. What do I do with this kind of a car which I wanted them to fix but they did parallel fixing. Help me I'm so drained Thanks

Ford SA need to review their license, they are very unprofessional and racist

Bad service and lack of customer care Service of Ford Ecosport - 45,000km Tax Invoice RF44024 dated 17 Oct 22 1. Simple oil service under motor service plan 2. Engin bay was not cleaned, oil spiled over the enjin. 3. Its clear that the vechicle was not a priority, as engin bay is not cleaned after oil spil. FORD QUALITY REPORT SHOULD BE LOG, AS SERCIVE CHECKS WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY, WHICH MEANS LACK OF SUPERVISION, LACK OF CARE AND ALLEDGED FRAUD UNDER SERVICE PLAN. 4. We raise also our Concern if the service personel is qualified, 5. Service consultant was also not helpfull and lack of customer satisfaction is no existing. 6. The service coordinator blantly inored the customer. Pictures and video and invoice available on bad service My Ford was always serviced in Guateng, worst service experiance ever in 20 year with Ford. We wil not recommend Ford Tzaneen for any services.
