I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance, Without dought the best tele service from Xoliswa. Friendly, effective, fast and promtley. Great Job, keep on keeping on.
Bad service and lack of customer care Service of Ford Ecosport - 45,000km Tax Invoice RF44024 dated 17 Oct 22 1. Simple oil service under motor service plan 2. Engin bay was not cleaned, oil spiled over the enjin. 3. Its clear that the vechicle was not a priority, as engin bay is not cleaned after oil spil. FORD QUALITY REPORT SHOULD BE LOG, AS SERCIVE CHECKS WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY, WHICH MEANS LACK OF SUPERVISION, LACK OF CARE AND ALLEDGED FRAUD UNDER SERVICE PLAN. 4. We raise also our Concern if the service personel is qualified, 5. Service consultant was also not helpfull and lack of customer satisfaction is no existing. 6. The service coordinator blantly inored the customer. Pictures and video and invoice available on bad service My Ford was always serviced in Guateng, worst service experiance ever in 20 year with Ford. We wil not recommend Ford Tzaneen for any services.

Failure to provide service, Damelin correspondance are failing to provide service after several letters and telecon calls. Mrs Olivia Dennis, Head of Faculty promised a resolution of all queries on 4 March 2021, with no results. Another failure from Damelin. Assignments are not loaded on student portalls and Damelin continues to fail their obligation to support the Student. In addtion the student councilor (Theo) refuse to spreak to the Student after the Student written letters to Damelin on their contunious failures. We believe the behaviour from Damelim should be considered as Neglect. In addtion the Student continue to pay its fees, but Damelin has cut the student off for no reason. The head of faculty promised answers but after several reminders has bluntly ingonored the students emails. We believe that Damelins cleint service and relationship with their Students are non existing. I m the concerned parent of the student and we have given up with Damelin. Should any student wishes to study with Damelin, please reconsider alternatives, as Damelin has failed us totally, after two years of communications and fights with no reasults to date. In addition we are also waiting result from the previous year which was promised but Damelin failed to support, and we see this as Neglection. We have all our compaints on Record and our only option is to revert to legal advise. The only part on Damelim which does not fail is the payment system were eductions payment orders is always on time. Its clear what Damelins imtentions are, get the money and fail the student. Maybe Damelin has to many students, hence the no care attitute and neglect. We seek immediat resolution from Damelin or alternative steps of breach of contract obligations will be comsidered via the legal route. Signed up new contact with Rain, 1st Debit order was taken off, Internet work fine 2nd month no intetnet, no debit order was not taken off.... I tried to contact customet support, no answer. I have send several custumer support emails no answer. I have been cutomer of Vodacom for 20years, never expereince this problem.... I believe rain is under staffed, has no suppurt service, and is sat to say has no person to contact, if you have a problem. I wosh I could give them no a star for customer support. Riaan 0827760243
I bought a new 2019 Ford Ecosport cash from the dealer... Park Ford quickly recieved the cash payment, now I battle to get my registration papers and numberplate from the dealer. When the car was delivered it was deliveres with a temp permit, which lapsed agter 15days, now i have a brand new car which I can't drive. Everytime I contact the saleman, he has an excuse, Licence department is offline, he is working on it, the paperwork is in process with somebody. The big deals is I have a brand new Ford with no paperwork or registration papers, I cant even drive the car as it is not roadworthy, in the case i get in an accident. Park Ford service is terrible The salesconsultant is Jan Labuschagne, which is eithet not doing his job or Park Ford are playning games
