I would like to take a moment to compliment this dealership (BB Renault Hatfield) on Friday, 23 January 2026, I collected my new Suzuki Swift 2025 from this dealership and the service, constant feedback, friendliness, warm smiles and making me feel like i was the only client made me feel truly welcome. It was absolutely phenomenal, and it was clear that customer care is extremely important to this team and always a top priority.

I was genuinely moved when I drove away — words simply felt too small. A heartfelt thank you to Rudi Schuster and his team (Ighsaan Suliman & Ruben Grundlingh included) for working so hard to help me get my dream car. The effort, patience and care you showed from beginning to end means so much to me. I am honestly over the moon with happiness! At this point, I feel like I could stand and stare at my new car all day 😂
