I'm extremely disappointed. I'm have been trying to call the service side. I can't get anyone to help me. I tried everything other lady answered the phone she said will call you back I waited until now nothing. I have taken the NP200 which is not starting, they told me that we have to get new injectors but they don't say anything about fixing them as the insurance says they must be fixed as it's a diesel car... Now I have to drive there as no one answer the phone.

I bought a car in January, they first charged me for smash and grab but it was not installed when I wanted a refund they paid only half. The car was not properly cleaned even though the salesman by the name of Tendani said it was cleaned. I let that slide as it was not a big deal to me. Then I was not given a spare key, as it was not available and I was promised to get it. 4 month later I went to the dealership they gave me a key and we went to the guy they use for programming, only to find that the dealership bought a wrong key. Mind you I drove from Johannesburg to Louis Trichardt for this. The Dealer Principal Stephen and Rudi treatment to me was as if I am nothing to them. They treat me like ****. To this day I don't have a spare key, everytime I get told to be patient, PATIENT FOR 5 MONTHS FOR SOMETHING I PAID FOR? I have bought cars before but never been made to feel this way. Not sure if this has to do with my race. If you are black, don't buy from this dealership they don't care.

This service area is the pits, racism still thrives in here. My car was fifth in line to get serviced before opening time at 7am but I had to wait the whole day for it. Inside the workshop, there are two queuing lines, one for whites and another for blacks. The white people whom brought their cars after ours the "Black" people were serviced before ours. How does BB allow such a thing? I think it would be better to reserve this branch for whites only and not include us, because years into democracy racism thrive in places like this. And when you raise such concerns with the consultants, they play it down with those smiles. I regret coming to this branch, I have been to different service areas in Cape town, joburg, Durban, polokwane and all but I have never seen such treatment. I suppose I have to suck it up, it's owned them and we are supposedly trespassing.
