I don't even know where to start. I have been a Nedbank client for a while and had quite a number of accounts with them. This year I got a vehicle and traded the old one, which was on MFC, however i cannot not see my new vehicle on the Nedbank profile. I called a call center they send me to the branch. Went to the branch they first told me i must call the call center. After i lodged a complaint they said the branch can do it. Few days down the line I decide to "dodge work and go to the branch, sat there for an hour and a half while they try. At the end i get told only the call centre can as they are not able to link the account. I mean really? for a client who has a premium account, Home Loan, Credit Card, Vehicle insurance and a Vehicle finance, this is how you service them. I do not have milions in my account, and don't qualify to be a private banking client, but hey if you have accounts worth more than R1.5m, and a regular client, something should give. If i was a new client I would understand but being an old client who has multiple accounts this is a shamefull service from Nedbank.
I still did not get an answer on how my numbers got to be on the list of your dials. All I got was that it is removed. I guess it was *******ly put there
Cell C keeps on calling and dropping the calls. First of all I am not a subscriber of Cell C, secondly i have never opted in on being called. Today alone I got 6 calls, 3 on each of my numbers. Really Cell C. Why call someone and drop 6 times, are you chickening out?
They sold me an accident vehicle and never disclosed. The DP has not responded to my email since February and does not want to own up.
Very efficient and the product is as described in the description. Affordable price I will recommend Revibe
I am getting two debit orders that incur charges on each. For 1 policy why seperate debit orders
Yoh! This is the worst company to do finance with. They are unresponsive to queries and their staff have a decency to tell you how to address them. Gomo added insurance on my instalment without my knowledge and I submitted proof of insurance from the beginning of the process. When I call them to send me a copy of the contract, the staff just say they don't do that. The team Leader V Booi act as if she is helpful but weei nothing happens. This is a **** and should be reported to NCR.
I bought a car in January, they first charged me for smash and grab but it was not installed when I wanted a refund they paid only half. The car was not properly cleaned even though the salesman by the name of Tendani said it was cleaned. I let that slide as it was not a big deal to me. Then I was not given a spare key, as it was not available and I was promised to get it. 4 month later I went to the dealership they gave me a key and we went to the guy they use for programming, only to find that the dealership bought a wrong key. Mind you I drove from Johannesburg to Louis Trichardt for this. The Dealer Principal Stephen and Rudi treatment to me was as if I am nothing to them. They treat me like ****. To this day I don't have a spare key, everytime I get told to be patient, PATIENT FOR 5 MONTHS FOR SOMETHING I PAID FOR? I have bought cars before but never been made to feel this way. Not sure if this has to do with my race. If you are black, don't buy from this dealership they don't care.
I received a call from RCS, the agent was offering me a loan. When I asked where she got my number, she said Discovery gave her my details. I don't understand, because Discovery subscribes to POPI, how did my details end up with RCS, when I did not agree to my details being handed to sales call center. This happens immediately after I closed my account, al the time when I had an account i never got called. I need some answers.
