I've been with the company for 3 to 4 years now, I've never had an issue with anything before. Recently around last year mid year I think, they called asking for proof of cover for their asset. As requested I sent it to them. On communication recorded the matter was resolved. This past month they debited the asset amount along with insurance errors idk of. Phindile is a kind person from their team with limited actions to take she can't do anything, Abel seems to know a lot. Those contract guys you know them, R3 780 .00 or so was debited after the asset debit, This amount has been going out and transferred back to my account immediately. Not being aware of the insurance they clamming, I now need to send proof of insurance for them to reverse my money, No one gave them approval to debit such amounts, they didn't approach me, no communications what so ever, to them I'm not covered, They not taking this matter seriously so, They didn't comply with CPA and POPI. Their apologies are not helping instead, They pushing me insulting, threatening my credit berea, Yet my money is not being sent back to my account,

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I have received from Gomo Finance. After signing the “No Interest” after-sales agreement for my vehicle, I was surprised to find that interest charges were still app**** to my account. I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, my attempts to obtain assistance have been unsuccessful. On multiple occasions I was transferred between call agents without receiving a resolution, and some calls were ultimately disconnected. I find this level of service extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected transparency and adherence to the agreement that was signed. Instead, the experience has caused significant frustration and has led me to regret doing business with your company. I kindly request that this matter be urgently investigated and that the incorrect interest charges be removed in accordance with the “No Interest” agreement. I would also appreciate a written response outlining the steps taken to resolve this issue.

Worst customer service ever. every few months your debit order will not go through and you will call and send multiple emails to their customer service. those poorly trained agents will transfer you from one person to another, 5 people later the agent will randomly hang up. you wil send multpile emails and be ignored. None of them will assist you or tell you whats wrong. they will report to the credit bureau that youve missed your payment even though youve been begging them to take the money. your credit score will be affected negatively. this will continue to happen to you forever.

Gomo, regretting for financing my car with you guys. Debit orders having been going off since i purchased my car but u send people to come Collect the car because of your mistakes, i have been sending bank statements for proof that debit orders have been going off but still no replys, all you do is send people to harass me when i have been paying? Man this is so sad

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Gomo Vehicle Solutions. I called to request a simple change to my debit order date, and instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a very unprofessional attitude. The consultant I spoke to became rude and defensive, accusing me of not sending an email — even though when I do send emails, I never receive a response. Their communication is clearly lacking. I was then told that I cannot change my debit order unless I provide three months’ bank statements and an employment letter stating that I get paid on the 1st. I am self-employed, which makes this requirement unreasonable and impractical. On top of that, the consultant told me she did not like the way I was speaking and accused me of not letting her finish — even though I had not even completed my sentence. I found this highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Gomo Vehicle Solutions. Customer service is extremely poor, and they do not handle clients with respect.

Very bad experience. No feedback on emails after a month. I need to change my debit order date, because my salary date falls on the last day of the month. After 5 emails, still no feedback. My debit order went off on the 29th - old salary date - and I was charge bank fees for the returned debit order. Poor service.

I don't know where to start but i had a every bad experience with this service provider they have debited twice on my bank account without my concern (Approval) This month the service provider sent me a messages that my account is in arrears then I tried to call service provider since Friday 30 January 2026 but no one is helping me instead they are dropping my calls, proof of payment was sent via email on Friday last week, but this morning. I have received this message 👇🏾 Gomo. This is a reminder that vehicle account (Ref: 500***:***358) is overdue. Please effect payment as soon as possible or contact us on 0110692701. Which is very confusing because payment was made and the proof of payment was sent. So there's a element of poor service,undermining customers and works need to attend custom care service training and sign custom pledge. Maybe they will respect us.
