I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I have received from Gomo Finance. After signing the “No Interest” after-sales agreement for my vehicle, I was surprised to find that interest charges were still app**** to my account. I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, my attempts to obtain assistance have been unsuccessful. On multiple occasions I was transferred between call agents without receiving a resolution, and some calls were ultimately disconnected. I find this level of service extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected transparency and adherence to the agreement that was signed. Instead, the experience has caused significant frustration and has led me to regret doing business with your company. I kindly request that this matter be urgently investigated and that the incorrect interest charges be removed in accordance with the “No Interest” agreement. I would also appreciate a written response outlining the steps taken to resolve this issue.
The racial eviction during our stay was unjustifiable by the property owner, without any warning. Black people are not welcomed here, we suffered and experienced ****** and were unfairly evicted. The property owner in cahoots with Booking.com a syndicate of ****mers have refused to refund us as we were evicted on the first night. We were unfairly treated and the discrimatory eviction had no basis. The owner was just straight up down right condescending from the onset and we felt unwelcomed as she was unfriendly. Om our check-in she complained about 5 people arriving as we had booked as four but had been accompanied by a tour guide. After check-in we went to dinner at local restaurants and came back at night. We had dinner with relatives in the area and came back to our booked house with them to finish off our engagements as family. The relatives were about to leave as no overnight extra guests were welcomed. While sitting at the lounge the host came with security forces and ordered us to leave because we were having guests even though they were leaving. There was no noise and no partying but just a quiet chat amongst us as relatives. We were evicted unfairly at night with no warning and no where to go. Our relatives dont have space to accommodate us and our cars. We slept next to the road after dropping them. We are aggrieved and suffered both emotionally, financially and otherwise due to this unfair treatment. We felt undermined because we are black and discriminated against. We experienced ****** from this host and we humbly walked out with no resistance. Our country with so much history of segregation and apartheid, it felt like what our parents experienced then. The owner has chosen to ignore our emails in request for refund from the payment made. Their reputation will be dented as we have chosen to unleash a series of reviews on known platforms.
LEWIS STORES CONTINUES TO CAUSE ME FRASTRATIONS WITH THEIR INCOMPETENT STAFF WHO HAVE FAILED DISMALLY WITH FLYING COLORS TO DO WHAT I HAVE REQUESTED. LEWIS STORES IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAVVY AT ALL. THE CALLCENTRE STAFF AND ADMIN ARE USELESS AND FAIL TO TAKE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS.
The SAFPS is useless and incompetent entity that frustrates people for listing their names without their consent. I have writtent to them and requested my name removed from their nonsensical list and after their useless letter they gave me i am still being frustrated as i cannot get my ID cleared. PLEASE CLEAR MY ID NUMBER FROM YOUR LIST!!!!
Lewis has grossly violented the POPI Act. Lewis listed my name on fraud prevention data base of RSA without making any attempts to contact me. They have left their "investigation" open and now I am suffering and frustrated as I am unable to do any credit facilities as my name is flagged. I have never made any credit requests via Lewis and wish to have my name cleared in 24 hours.
This company is conducting fraud. I have been waiting for docs to clear my name on illegally opened clothing account on my name. They ignore me and lie about sending me documents to dispute. After numerous engagements on facebook messenger they have now ignored to keep my name with bad credit record. I will take this to NCR and social media platforms.
I am disgusted and dismay with the service i have received from this bank. I brought matter to their attention and have not provided feedback. I am awaiting my refund from funds debited becaise of staff negligence. Worst service ever, i wish to take my banking elsewhere. Im appauled with how they handled this and ignored me.
I want to expose the rotten service of OnairTv that sells Dstv products under false pretenses to lure unsuspecting customers to buying the products. We have had terrible experience with them in just under 3 weeks of being their customer. The stressful situation has caused sleepless nights and long days to my family. They running away with our money as we wanted to cancel their products. Their dodgy dealings must be known and hope this impacts their reputation negatively. T Javu.
<p>Speed services courier has put me in frustration for horrible and disgusting service. On Tuesday, 6th June I sent my parcel from CPT to Bisho as an overnight and till now it has NOT reached its intended receiver. Online service for tracking does NOT work, callcentre agents NOT available, holding for 20minutes. Yesterday, i phoned got through but no one can track my parcel, i was told by Thuso he will phone asap but nothing until now. I will sue you for this inconvenience due to a loss that i have suffered due to your incompetence.</p>
<p>I have had it up to here with this department to what translates to be an appauling servie. My father passed on now my is trying so hard to get the tittle deed for her late husband tittle deed. An old lady being sent from pillar to post for something so simple and now its been over a year and still nothing. This department must be widely publish, largely for incompetence. My mother leaves in a house with no tittle deed, you ridiculous.</p>
