I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I have received from Gomo Finance.
After signing the “No Interest” after-sales agreement for my vehicle, I was surprised to find that interest charges were still app**** to my account. I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, my attempts to obtain assistance have been unsuccessful. On multiple occasions I was transferred between call agents without receiving a resolution, and some calls were ultimately disconnected.
I find this level of service extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected transparency and adherence to the agreement that was signed. Instead, the experience has caused significant frustration and has led me to regret doing business with your company.
I kindly request that this matter be urgently investigated and that the incorrect interest charges be removed in accordance with the “No Interest” agreement. I would also appreciate a written response outlining the steps taken to resolve this issue.
