Poor ServUnacceptable customer service and error handling.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by GOMO. Despite never missing a payment, I received a message stating I'm in arrears. After sending an email and making multiple phone calls, the issue wasn't resolved. A representative claimed the issue was sorted, but my latest statement still shows the arrears. Further attempts to contact them via phone and email have been ignored. Unacceptable customer service and error handling.0 replies
