I've been with the company for 3 to 4 years now, I've never had an issue with anything before. Recently around last year mid year I think, they called asking for proof of cover for their asset. As requested I sent it to them. On communication recorded the matter was resolved. This past month they debited the asset amount along with insurance errors idk of. Phindile is a kind person from their team with limited actions to take she can't do anything, Abel seems to know a lot. Those contract guys you know them, R3 780 .00 or so was debited after the asset debit, This amount has been going out and transferred back to my account immediately. Not being aware of the insurance they clamming, I now need to send proof of insurance for them to reverse my money, No one gave them approval to debit such amounts, they didn't approach me, no communications what so ever, to them I'm not covered, They not taking this matter seriously so, They didn't comply with CPA and POPI. Their apologies are not helping instead, They pushing me insulting, threatening my credit berea, Yet my money is not being sent back to my account,
