Worst customer service ever. every few months your debit order will not go through and you will call and send multiple emails to their customer service. those poorly trained agents will transfer you from one person to another, 5 people later the agent will randomly hang up. you wil send multpile emails and be ignored. None of them will assist you or tell you whats wrong. they will report to the credit bureau that youve missed your payment even though youve been begging them to take the money. your credit score will be affected negatively. this will continue to happen to you forever.
Zero customer support, all they know is to harass and threaten customers. I notified them on time that I would be on unpaid leave and requested a payment break. They neither accepted nor rejected my request. Just continue to harass and threaten me. Terrible customer service. So disappointed. Yuck. Would not recommend
The rude manager at Ackermans church street in Pretoria refuses to give me my refund money for a lay buy, instead offering a store voucher. That is *******. The law of contracts and the consumer protection act go against this. I am not forced to shop at their store. I want my money back. It doesn’t matter what the store policy is, the law is the law.
i wish i could give them zero stars. they organise a debi check mandate with you, proceed not to take the money and then instruct their debt collectors to start chasing you. they always pretend to fix your problem but never do. their useless call centre agents always say "theres nothing i can do to help" "we dont have the system for that". they never respond to emails. trying to contact them is useless. imagine chasing a company begging them to take your money. wow, im so shocked
The agents are only helpful in the beginning when they get a signing fee, after that the service delivery is terrible. they even refuse to help fix your access to the gate.
imagine filing a complaint and the company gets a manager to "attend" to your request only for them to say that they will not be able to assist you. Jet Centre walk, i want my laybuy money back. a till slip makes no difference as you already have the record on your system. it is against the law to refuse with a customers money. it is not your property until the sale transaction has been finalised. it has been 3 weeks of waiting, no one has been of assistance. i will take this to the consumer ombudsman and the small claims court if this month ends without assistance.
PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY YOUR CASHIERS REFUSE TO REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR A CANCELLED LAYBUY AND PROPOSE TO GIVE ME A GIFT CARD. THE LAW SPECIFICALLY SAYS THAT MY LAYBUY MONEY REMAINS MY MONEY UNTIL THE SELLER HAS HANDED OVER THE PRODUCT TO ME. PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR PEOPLE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK BEFORE I LOSE MY ****, I AM PREPARED TO CONTACT THE OFFICE FOR CONSUMER PROTECTION TO FIGHT YOU ON THIS NONESENSE, IT IS AGAINST THE LAW.
A debit order was taken from my account, my account was placed on a negative balance. when i deposited money into my account, they all of a sudden reversed the payment so that they can charge me extra TWICE for an alleged unpaid debit order. now its returbed again saying unpaid magtape . what a trashy bank, they make sure to **** you.
I made a payment agreement for an outstanding amount, specifically asked if I could pay before the agreed date. Made a payment AND FORWARDED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT to one of the agents Thandeka Zulu. She confirmed that everything is in order but now I’m receiving threatening emails about an alleged missed payment??? No, your call centre needs to do better or provide us each with the correct contact information for the person handling the account. So unprofessional.
Terrible customer service and very poor communication. Ordered a set of luggage bags from makro and each time I track it the order it shows no progress. It was never even packed or prepared for collection by the courier. So disappointed and dissatisfied because they promised to deliver within 2-5 working days. Still nothing. Sent countless emails and only got one automated response from them, no assistance whatsoever!!! If they have no stock they must refund me back my money very fast. Why okare they are ****mers??
