I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Gomo Vehicle Solutions. I called to request a simple change to my debit order date, and instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a very unprofessional attitude. The consultant I spoke to became rude and defensive, accusing me of not sending an email — even though when I do send emails, I never receive a response. Their communication is clearly lacking. I was then told that I cannot change my debit order unless I provide three months’ bank statements and an employment letter stating that I get paid on the 1st. I am self-employed, which makes this requirement unreasonable and impractical. On top of that, the consultant told me she did not like the way I was speaking and accused me of not letting her finish — even though I had not even completed my sentence. I found this highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Gomo Vehicle Solutions. Customer service is extremely poor, and they do not handle clients with respect.
I cleared an error on the self help app and now they saying I activated my holiday home decoder which I cancelled and asked to be removed from my account 2 years ago. So now I have to pay +- R1000 for a decoder I haven't used in 2 years and all the lady says that helped me is she it's my word against hers that I did not use the holiday home smartcard. I canceled that smartcard and asked them to delete it from my account so why is it still on my name? I refuse to pay for something I did not use and nobody at the call center can assist me with it.
